ICE calls for measures to guarantee energy

Greivin Mayorga, deputy ICE Electricity, warned that the country should take measures to ensure electricity supply during droughts like the El Niño causes since last July.

These decisions relate to building more hydroelectric dams, the exploration of geothermal energy (steam reservoirs below ground) and the drive to other energies that are not dependent on oil.
