La Prensa Libre Country China proposes to invest in energy projects ICE Karina Alpízar Corella July 11, 2010 Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, settlements cooperation and prepare the official visit of the president Laura Chinchilla to China. Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, came with the purpose of concrete proposals for cooperation and investment for the next four years. Support-based energy projects, especially renewable sources of Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) is one of the proposals on the table to discuss it on August 2.
