CNFL Manager: In 2015 and 2016 there will be complex numbers

The manager of the National Power and Light Company (CNFL), Victor Solis, speaking as would a good negotiator: slowly, clearly and without raising the volume of the voice. Perhaps it is: in less than a year he persuaded the union at the company reduce its wage bonuses. Or, perhaps, it was ¢ 42,549,000 hole in your finances so convinced everyone shaking hands.
