Nicaragua owes $ 245 million in energy


It is estimated that Honduras has one of the lowest coverage in the region, just 35 percent in rural areas

Nicaragua is delinquent in Honduras by way of electricity.

The state manager, Roberto Martínez Lozano, said that they are speeding up collection efforts with the neighboring country and stressed that under no circumstances be condoned debt this time. The National Electricity Company (ENEE) reports that there is a debt of 245 million dollars from the Nicaraguan government.

Pensa Company announces drilling of six wells

The company of Polaris Energy Nicaragua SA (Pensa) announced it has signed contracts with the U.S. company Therma Source Inc., for the drilling of six production wells and reinjection of steam to the expansion of its geothermal field in the San Jacinto Tizate in Leon.

The tiny Spanish wind Renewable consultant hired last Friday the signing Lacayo Fiallos to build a wind farm of the Faith-San Martin on a farm of the same name located in Rivas, where the firm Blue Power & Energy aims to generate up to 39.6 megawatts of wind power in September 2011.The directors of the lowest stand out in a press release signed a framework agreement for the outsourcing of part of building the wind farm ", as they have decided to expand operations in Latin America South.
